I only made the appointment the day before and was 25 minutes late. She was kind enough to let me wait until there was an opening which was quickly. I am traveling 2 days later so I was out of time. The staff called me first thing that morning to reschedule for the next day. The visit itself was quick and informative. An information packet was created for me and we walked through each item. Prices for the vaccines were also told to me up front. My clinician was professional, knowledgeable, and courteous. They also had different products to purchase for the trip which I appreciated.
