Requirements To Be a Civil Surgeon At Passport Health

Passport Health is currently searching for a civil surgeon to perform employment and immigration physicals. There will be an RN on staff for assistance. Depending on client demand the frequency can potentially increase.

Requirements:

Certified as a Civil Surgeon by the USCIS

Comply with the Technical Instructions requirements

Authorized to work in the U.S.

Qualifications:

Must be an MD or DO with no judgements against license

Must have four or more years of professional experience
